Any custom orders need to go through our custom order page and we will get in touch regarding that process. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Preservation Pens we are dedicated to serving the best quality possible in our pens. However, as you may know, sometimes in hand-turning pens defects we can't initially detect can occur. Each pen is unique and different in its own sense, so if these defects occur we will do our upmost best to replace with one of similar quality.
