As a military family going back many generations and with service in several different branches we have a unique connection and perspective on what it means to serve our country. We became interested in bringing this connection to our business and started looking for reclaimed wood from the places that have meaning to the men and women who have served. Our first pens came from our personal connection to Fort Bragg, N.C. where we went out as a family and pulled old heart pine floor boards from the WWII Barracks which are in the process of being demolished. We hope that each pen we turn brings that same connected feeling to every person who receives one!
